Energy – a personal trait?

Have you noticed how ENERGY is influencing your workplace or your private sphere? Have you felt how the energy dramatically can change depending who is in a room? For me ENERGY is an essential part of being in a leadership position. If you are not able to create some form of positive energy around you very few people will want to follow you voluntarily. Image you are a leader of a non-profit organization, or a sports club or a scouts organization. In most of those type of voluntary organization you do not have money to offer – so what is the result? Well, for most parts the energy plays a huge part in being somehow involved in volunteerism. Imagine if private – AND public organizations could draw from some of that positive energy?  I think most workplaces would be a better place to be – and furthermore I am quite sure that the overall efficiency and morale would be higher and thus more productive. So what do YOU do to create a positive energy at your workplace?
